I spent nearly two decades leading brand strategy, governance, and creative systems at AECOM, including global work rolled out to more than 50,000 people across 100+ countries. I now bring that experience to complex B2B organisations and founder-led businesses who need clarity that holds once real people start using it.
At the core of my work is helping teams make better brand decisions, more consistently. I design the thinking, structure, and boundaries behind a brand so decisions don't rely on taste, memory, or who happens to be in the room. This kind of work is sometimes described as "fractional CMO." I prefer to think of it as senior brand leadership, without the overhead or drag of an internal role.
I turn positioning into working systems: brand architecture, design standards, governance, and writing frameworks that teams can actually use and scale. I also make the story visible through campaigns, short-form film, and content systems, using AI-enabled workflows to move from concept to live with precision.
Based on the Sunshine Coast and working globally, I'm comfortable leading distributed creative teams and building practical go-to-market assets, from capability decks and proposals to case studies and executive narratives. The work spans infrastructure, cities, energy, water, and professional services, often at moments of growth, change, or reset.
